Good day on the endless railway trail. Noone in sight! Got a coffee and supplies in a small town, then kept on trucking. Very wet day. Sleeping in shelter, looking forward to a rest in Quebec City.

Paved trail all the way to Quebec City. Slowly turned in to a bike highway leading to the ferry. Lots of people out on their bikes. Very windy going through the open farm fields. Looking forward to a day off.

Busy trail heading out of Quebec City, but eventually quietened down. Nice smooth old railway bed mostly made up of compacted gravel. Fast riding 🙂

Good progress. Avoided Sherbrooke on regional trail, nice to mix it up. I decided I'm going to head to Ottawa and take the train to Montreal after I finish.

Very wet start, lots of paved trail and not many people so fast progress. Bit of road which sucked. Making progress to Ottawa. Biggest kms ever!

Big day! My butt is very sore. Too much road, which made for very tough going. Stumbled upon a British pub though and had 2 pints of cider and a curry, which kept me going! Final push to Ottawa tomorrow 🙂 Slept in a park.
